We are unable to process returns without a completed Returns form – this form will be with your original delivery. If you have lost the form, please contact us for a replacement.
If you are returning a stock item (either plain or those including a school or club badge) for a refund or exchange, this must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. If you have a personalised or customised item (one with a name, number or name label applied) these CANNOT be returned except in the case of a manufacturing fault. In this case the standard terms of return apply. In the case of a manufacturing error we will be responsible for the cost of postage.
